Each time you click "update" to update the the information about attachments
your attachment is appended to the message again.

How to reproduce:
set up a signature.
start writing a new message
(you have signature once in your message)
select a new attachment and click "update"
=>bug: the signature is appended again (2 signatures)
select "delete" to the attachment and click "update"
=>bug: the signature is appended again (3 signatures)
