have error reporting on.

I ve been using whups with horde 3.0.x for a very long time (more than 1
year) always usind the CVS version, and never had a problem. I went back to
a WHUPS version i had in back up and now its working fine again.

Should i use the cvs horde with WHUPS? Is there any WHUPS version i can use
with horde 3.0.x?
