I'm not seeing this with RC1 and I'm not aware of any RC2 for turba at this
point...but current FRAMEWORK_3 code (as well as HEAD) is working as
expected for me.  I can create a new address book, add permissions to
groups/users to read and edit the new address book, log out, log back in as
another user with permissions to that address book, add a new contact to the
shared address book, log out, log back in as me, and I see the entry. 
Likewise, any entry I add is visible to the other user as well.

Is anyone else able to reproduce this?  If so, can you please post details
on how to reproduce this behaviour.
