I'm using current FRAMEWORK_3 Code of Horde, IMP and Ingo (imap). I recently
updated the code and was wondering, why my filter did copy the mail but not
move it. Instead, the "to be moved" was only copied into the target
directory. Unfortunately, there was no error message.
So I started some debugging and found out, that deleting the message from
inbox fails due to the INBOX being opened readonly by IMP. 

This also happens when using CVS HEAD code instead of FRAMEWORK_3.

In order to atleast display an error message, I thought of adding an error
notification into ingo.
Please find such a patch attached. (it is against HEAD) The patch also
updates the po files and the german/french translation.
