In the folders menu, I create a folder 'foo' and a subfolder 'bar'.
Everything is displayed correctly and if I refresh sidebar frame, it si
correctly displayed in it too.

Now if I logout and login, the subfolder isn't displyed neither in the
sidebar nor lthe folder menu. 

However all the folders and subfolders are shown in the top right dropdown
box so IMP knows all my folder tree

I am using courrier-imap as imap server
