Better, but still not quite right.  It works except for the Subject/Thread
link.  Clicking on the "small" link still requires a 2nd page load.

Just in case that doesn't make sense, when the header link looks like:

Subject [thread]

Clicking on Subject works fine, but clicking on [thread] still requires a
2nd page load.  Regardless of which column is currently selected.
