I'm noticing that email addresses that I've blacklisted still show up in my
inbox.  These appear to be "personal" email (at least flagged as personal by
Horde).  Is there not some way that I can keep them showing up in my inbox? 
They get blackedlisted (again) everytime they do show up, so I"m wondering
if I"m not missing something.
