I noticed that it remembered the state during a session indeed, even after
logging out and back in again. But in a following session (opening horde in
a new browser) they start out unexpanded again. If the cookie would remember
the state in between these sessions as well then that would be perfect.

(I experience this both in Firefox and IE)
