The display_cals pref is set to 'a:0:{}' for new users and I can't find
where to select a calendar. If I replace the pref by
'a:1:{i:0;s:23:"p999002 at pop3.polymtl.ca";}' it works.

I believe in version 2.0.3 you could select the calendar.
