Works for me.  Takes a long time, but the page reloads and the keys are
generated successfully (this was a 1024 bit key).  However, I think the odds
are very few computers, unless they are pretty darn powerful and have close
to 0 load and have good random entropy generators, are going to be able to
produce a 2048 bit PGP key in 30 seconds.

Don't know if we can do some kind of page that uses javascript/meta
refreshes to hit the server every 5 seconds or so and keep the PHP script
alive.  Or if we have to ditch key generation in general.
