The sequences horde_datatree_seq, horde_vfs_seq are not automatically
created. I'm using a PostgreSQL backend. I have to create these sequences
myself by hand and then it's ok. Without theses sequences, nag, mnemo and
kronolith cannot work. Without horde_vfs_seq, kronolith always sends
reminders (through reminders.php) even if they have already been sent.
