I completely understand.  In the meantime, with your workaround, I can
continue evaluating IMP 4.1 now that we can access all of our folders.

Hopefully there will be time to do the upgrade at some point this week (I
have everything compiled and tested, I just need a lull to make the switch
on the production IMAP server); I will make sure to report back in this
incident whether or not the current version of Courier IMAP has the same
problem.
