 Thanks a lot, that fixed the original problem. Sorry! Would it be possible
for Horde to detect the absence of these extensions, to help stupid
administrators? iconv should be possible to detect, at least in >= PHP
4.3.0. A warning would be nice, since it seems to be mandatory.

 The JavaScript problem I mentioned in my last comment still applies, should
I post this as a new report?
