I'm using a courier mailserver with virtual accounts and IMAP and I got the
shared folder's working (People can see the contents of a commonly used
inbox and it's subfolders, great feature!). 

If I try to move or copy a message from somewhere to a virtual folder, this
will not work as the folders simply don't show up in the pop-up menu next to
the 'move | copy '-part in the folder view. The IMAP permissions are set
right, I can do the same operation with thunderbird.
