I have encountered a number of issues while using horde webmail.

There isn't any easy way to determine the version from the php served up to
the user. This makes error reporting for a typical user harder.

About 90% of the time the javascript buttons don't work, clicking them does
nothing at all.

The error reporting system at www.horde.org is aimed at programmers, the
majority of users are going to be like Me a person who is forced to use it
because My ISP uses it. All the crap here will confuse ordinary users and
they just won't bother reporting any problems.

I have a small bench with My keyboard on it. I have spent nearly an hour
typing eloborate answers to emails on several occasions and then accidently
clipped the ESC key with the edge of My hand - BYE BYE MESSAGE - NO ESC key
trapping, no "are You sure You wan't to delete your work so far" message, no
way to get the text back :-(( . This doesn't usually happen with email
client software and if it does there is usually a like "warn user before
delete" type option which can be selected.

Having to go through some many steps to get rid of SPAM is annoying.
Blacklist - Delete - Purge Deleted :-( There should be a "mark address as
spam and delete from list" option which does all of the above in one step
(with an " Blacklist and Delete ? are You sure?? " type message.

I work in a goverment agency that uses dynamic IP allocation. The allocated
IP changes too fast for Horde and it will not let Me log in. It comes up
with a message box asking for My password again everytime I attempt any
action and goes around in circles. I am unable to use it at work :-(
(Yahoo email works fine at work)
