Of course the bug reporting system is aimed at "programmers" - really at
system admins and/or developers. Ordinary users, such as yourself, should
report problems to your ISP. Your ISP has the technical information
necessary to report, debug, and fix problems.

You may not be aware that we are not paid by your ISP. Horde is free, open
source software. You are most welcome to help us improve our website.
Saying, however, that it contains "crap" is not productive for anyone.

Presumeably, btw, you _do_ pay your ISP. They should support you. We can
work with them if there really were any legitimate problems with the
codebase.

Yet another thing that can be configured by any vaguely competent
administrator. Talk to your ISP.
