When a notification email is sent to attendees for an event, the links for
non iTip clients do not work with Kolab Groupware enabled.  When clicked on,
you receive an error : Fatal error: Call to a member function on a
non-object in /path/to/horde/lib/Horde/Kolab.php on line 561.

The error line is on a function call to the domxml object which is null. 
The problem seems to be that the object is never loaded in the loadObject
function of the Kolab class.  The function returns false because there is no
IMAP connection when you click on the link from the email.
