Going into Live Support, I get the "Welcome to ..." page but I can't enter
text into the name, email address, and question textboxes/textarea.  The
"You are" and "What kind of question is this" dropdowns function.

For Rakim, I have the link target as "_blank" in the sidebar since I read
somewhere that it works better popped up in its own window.
