The following patches add a 'realm' configuration parameter to the sql-based
DataTree system.  This allows you to maintain separate DataTrees based on
some run-time info.  I, for example, am using this to have a separate set of
permissions, etc., for each virtual host.

Not sure if this is really useful anywhere else, or the right way to do it,
but I thought I'd submit patches anyway.
