1) The IMSP section has had this check in place since Turba 3.0.6, IIRC and
the KOLAB stuff probably even earlier.

2) The LDAP checks for the existence of the LDAP extension.

3) The entries in sources.php.dist are *example* entries only and not
designed to work out of the box for every situation.  It is expected that
the admin should review/edit/delete appropriate entries.
