Because the address book fields have nothing to do with Hermes. Hermes just
uses the address book api provided by Turba through Horde. How you set up
your address books is completely up to you. The only field that exists for
certain is "name".

That might be a viable solution, if the api doesn't return an error if you
request a field that doesn't exist. We would have to check that.
