When I log in, my folders are missing on the left pane, as well as in the
folder list view of IMP.  I have to select Show Unsubscribed, hit Expand All
twice, then Hide Unsubscribed.  Then everything shows up in the folder list
and the left pane.

This problem only occured when I upgraded Horde 3.0.2 to 3.1.1.  My upgrade
was done by applying each patch 3.0.3 through 3.1.1.
