Hello,

I have installed horde-3.1.1 on a machine from scratch.
I do not have the error message in http.log.
Therefore you are right for the error log (as usual).
But unfortunately I still I have the problem withh accents.
The characters after the accents are not shown in the help.
For example the german help will give:
