I can't think of a good way to fix this correctly. The correct js file is
included when the link is created in IMP::composeLink().

Is it possible the js gets broken because it's included in the iframe? I've
fixed this temporarily on my test system by putting a
Horde::includeScriptFile('popup.js', 'imp') call directly in the _content()
call of the minisearch.php page...although I'm not happy with having to hard
code the 'imp' application into turba....thoughts or guidance would be
appreciated!
