To the extent this issue was caused by IMP switching between mailboxes, this
has been resolved in IMP HEAD (i.e. IMP 4.2).  However, this commit touches
so much code, and the IMP core codebase in general has changed so much since
IMP 4.1.x, that I am not comfortable backporting any of this to IMP 4.2.  So
you will either have to use a CVS snapshot or wait for IMP 4.2 to see this.
