No it is bugs system. Were programmers and support people like myself go to
get quick direction to a solution to programing and configuration problems.
You still have not given me an answer that will lead to an answer to a
problem that may be in the programing. Nor have you given me a clear
directions as to were to look. I have rummaged through the bugs and have
found more data on the problem. And there IS one. If you don't know anything
about the situation say so. Instead of showing your low caliber of support
and interpersonal relationship skills that has wasted my time and of others
searching for a solution to the language preference problem.

Support, good communication skills and common courtesy is a core of
OpenSource. Support is the main key to keeping that software going.

One message back saying something like.

I have transferred your request to Horde Base or Horde Framework Packages.
You will find other entries similar to your problem and my find a solution
to your problem there.

One sentence and a search by a person familiar with the Horde system. Which
I am not and don't have the time to learn. You may have also added a
sentence explaining what Horde server is and why it was the wrong place to
ask the question.

I support 3 mail clients, Horde only one of them, several hosting clients,
Mail clients, and the developing and supporting my own web application. I
don't have time to teach you about supporting clients to a single and minor
web application. Yet I have taken time to do so.
