Yes I realized that my patch also creates problems in other areas of the
Kolab driver. I'll reconsider it and attach an updated patch onve I get it
fixed properly. 

But the regex needs fixing since it currently distinguishes only "user/..."
and "INBOX/..." mailboxes and does not know anything about "shared...".
