I encountered a strange error in the Horde Layout Manager for Portal
blocks...

"Fatal error: Cannot use string offset as an array in
/www/horde/lib/Horde/Block/Layout/Manager.php on line 389"

This occurred when I added an external web page, and then expanded the block
down one time, and then by error clicked expand up one time instead of
shrink.

If this is a known bug, I was unable to find it through search, so I'd
appreciate a response. If this isn't a known bug, well, here you go... let
me know if there is more information I need to provide.
