This patch allows events returned by the listEvents API method to be
filtered by whether or not an alarm has been set.

This also corrects a small inconsistency between the listEvents method
definition requiring a single calendar argument and the internal API calls
which expect an array of calendars to be passed. Since both Kronolith and
Kronolith_Driver objects require an array of calendars to be passed I
modified the API to match the internal expectations.
