The print theme for the calendar did not provide a box around each day.  I
wanted to be able to print a blank calendar or one that I could add
comments to by hand.  I created this new print theme to replace
kronolith/themes/print/screen.css.  It took me quite awhile to figure it
out and I think it is a lot better.  There is some junk lines and it needs
to be cleaned up but it works for me.  Perhaps this will help someone else.
