We will probably add another directory level with the share owners under
kronolith/, the url for my birthday calendar would be
rpc.php/kronolith/jan/birthdays.ics then.
This allows to create new calendars through DAV without running out of
unique share names because we could prefix the share name internally with
the user/owner name then. E.g. if I create the calendar above its share
name will be jan at birthday.ics or similar, and when showing the share
through the DAV interface, jan@ will be removed again.
A bit of black magic, but it allows to create calendars without risking
name clashes and still having nice URLs.
