The gidNumber attribute is not required by the LDAP Group driver.  The
Group ID used by Horde is the DN.  THis patch simply removes references to
the nextGid() method and the setting of the gid on new LDAP objects.  This
makes for one fewer dependencies on objectclasses for Horde groups.
