At the request of Matt Selsky, I've coded up a small enhancement that makes
the ACL editor more intuitive (or so we think) and ACL-like. With the
proposed patch, the editing pane becomes a grid of ACLs to modify and any
one or combination can be modified in a viewing. Attached is the patch.
