When the FreeBusy url is set to ..?u=<username> (and not ..?c=..),
FBView::render() is not able to retrieve the name of the attendee.

- $member->getName() return null, because the ORGANIZER attribute is
empty.
- Kronolith::getFreeBusy () return the $vfb through findComponent
('VFREEBUSY') and the ORGANIZER attribute is not set.
