When using LDAP authentication, the list of usernames doesn't show up in
"Users" section of administration if you used uppercase characters in
$conf['auth']['params']['uid'].

To solve the problem, one must use lower case characters as the LDAP
attribute of the username *or* apply the attached patch (with Horde
v3.1.2).
