horde/po/README describes how to do translations from scratch,
involving a compendium, but there is little advice (if at all) for a
standard Horde installation, where you will have to add one or two
entries to existing translations, e. g. the descriptions of the IMAP
servers you want to offer, via your Imp installation.

Hence, I suggest you add a new section to horde/po/README,
cf. attached patch.
