sorry for late response, but I haven't had any account where maintenance
was needed., therefore i could not reproduce the error.

But now I got one, and I can send you the exact pages.

After successful login the following (maintenance) page appears:
http://www.polarhome.com/horde/services/maintenance.php?module=imp&domaintenance=1

By choosing "skip" the following page is loaded:
http://www.polarhome.com/horde/imp/redirect.php/horde/imp/redirect.php?nocache=41jebe2gjc1s&maintenance_done=1&domaintenance=1

... this page IS NOT FOUND.

But seems maintenance is done, because during next logon the maintenance
page with question does not appear any more.
