I don't think it's really going to be any different for the Clickatell
interface itsself per se. The parameters are there that need to be. I'm
not even sure if their interface supports POST. But the issue would be
more changing all of the functions using the internal URL function over to
accepting an array that gets passed to the HTTP request instead. Probably
too much work and I don't think POST is necessary unless there's decent
reasons to do POST over GET.
