I was able to track this down, and it's not a bug in Horde. It's a bug in
PHP's imap_fetchstructure() function that returns the message structure as
a single text/plain part.

I bet it's due to a locale dependant upper/lower case conversion of the
Content-Type header in either the IMAP extension or even the c-client
library.
