If I forward a message with attachments and sign the message with SMIME the
attached mail gets broken. The it is show that there are attachments but
the size of the attachments is 0
It makes no difference if i attatch the eMail as inline or as attachment

Forwarding eMails with attachment without signing them or Forwarding
eMails without attachments and signing them works fine

This Bug might somehow linked with #3699 but i hadn't any problems with
SMIME and attachments if i compose the eMail
