The cause was a missing <gettext> opening tag in template
"import_key.html".
I am providing the obvious patch.
I raise this ticket becouse it took me hours to find out a silly tag was
missing, since no error showed at all; it just hanged the application and
Apache as well.

My platform is PHP 5.1.4 and Apache 2.0.58 on Windows XP.
No PHP IDE at all, just cvs command line and text editor.

How to prevent a missing tag from hanging Apache/PHP this way?
