Anyway, I've generally only noticed it in IE that when the sidebar grows
long enough to have a vertical scrollbar, it tends to flake out when
navigating and there becomes a gap between the sidebar and its scrollbar
and then main frame... more so if the sidebar is collapsed to remove the
scrollbar... then refreshing doesn't always fix the view.

Anyway, to address Chuck's comments, yes that's true. The code in question
only addresses spacing issues within IE, so it shouldn't negatively impact
any other settings.

I apologize for the crypticness of this... I'll post more details ASAP.
