I used the install guide for fedora core 4 on Wiki step by step. Here is
the error I recieve when trying to run the php install-packages.php

Installing Kolab:
Invalid tag order in <package>, found <date> expected one of "lead"
Parsing of package.xml from file
"/var/www/html/horde/framework/Kolab/package.xml" failed
Cannot initialize '/var/www/html/horde/framework/Kolab/package.xml',
invalid or missing package file
Package "/var/www/html/horde/framework/Kolab/package.xml" is not valid
install failed

and 

Installing Cipher:

 Thanks for you help but I am stuck and don't know what to do
