I've been working on getting PGP working in my IMP setup, and noticed that
IMP will not decrypt messages that don't have the usual MIME part data for
the PGP encrypted message. This is specified in RFC 2440 [1]. The attached
message was generated with Mozilla Thunderbird 1.5.0.5, using Enigmail
version 0.94.
