#1 - don't send 10 MB attachments.  Internet mail is not designed to
efficiently handle such large messages.
#2 - the only way binary data is being sent encoded as quoted-printable is
if your browser or mime magic detection is incorrect identifying your file
as text/*.  Fix one or both.
