Lastest HEAD code, when trying to edit identities in prefrences, the
"Default Identity" enum box is empty and any changes to the rest of the
form is not saved even though it displays a success message.  No errors in
apace or horde log. Using MySQL as pref backend, updated all framework
packages and config/*.dist files.
