We are using ISO-8859-1 charset.
When displaying the iTip metting request, the french accents are lost.

/imp/lib/MIME/Viewer/itip.php calls $vCal->parsevCalendar () without
passing any charset argument.

/lib/Horde/iCalendar.php parsevCalender () defines 'utf-8' as the default
value if the charset argument is not passed.

So when the system charset is not 'utf-8', accents are lost.

Suggested workarounds:
Either modifying itip.php for passing the charset argument when calling
parsevCalendar() or using 'null' as the default value for the charset
argument in  parsevCalendar().
