When I want to upgrade my Horde version, cvs update -Pd does not give me a
new version of Horde, so I downloaded the latest tar.gz and gunzip put it
in /usr/share/horde3/horde, replacing the previous version.
However when I look at the versions the old version is still somewhere and
running, because there is no difference in behavior, of for instance,
agora.
