When in folders.php, clicking to the + to expand a subfolder the
"top-folder" is collapsed :
folders.php?folder=INBOX/mailing_lists/bugtraq&actionID=expand_folder  
collapses INBOX/mailing_lists
doing this on a "top-folder" like
folders.php?folder=INBOX/mailing_lists&actionID=expand_folder
it works fine and expands INBOX/mailing_lists

In the side-bar it works as expected.

Unfortunately I can not say, since when this is broken because I am not
very often in folders.php.
