I notice that if I leave IMP open in a browser, viewing an email rather
than say inbox view, then when new emails arrive, the side nav bar updates
the upread message count every few minutes, which is good. However, the
main IMP window does not update its message count (for example, still
showing message x of y, when there are now z messages in the inbox).

So, when navigating forward through messages, the "next message" arrow
will get greyed out when the "old" message limit is reached, even though
there are now more unread messages - it requires a "back to inbox" to then
update the main window's view of new messages.

Given that message.php manages to work out that there are no more unread
messages (in order to grey out the "next message" arrow) could it not
refresh the message counts at this point, and make the "next message"
arrow active if indeed there are now new messages?
